Unlike mass-produced commercial skincare that sits in warehouse storage for months, every jar and bottle of Gusie's Beauty is handcrafted fresh in small artisanal batches using 100% pure organic raw African shea butter, organic cocoa butter, cold-pressed carrot oil, and pure essential oils.
Standard order processing and fresh formulation batching takes 1 to 2 business days before parcel handover to national postal carriers.

Gusie's Beauty is pleased to offer 100% Free Tracked US Shipping on all retail orders across all 50 US States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO military addresses.
All shipments are dispatched via tracked services with the United States Postal Service (USPS Priority & Ground Advantage), UPS, or FedEx. As soon as your order is packaged, an automated email confirmation with your real-time tracking number is dispatched to your email address.

Standard estimated carrier transit times after dispatch:
- East Coast / Mid-Atlantic (MD, VA, DC, NY, PA, NC): 2 to 3 business days
- Midwest & Southern States: 3 to 4 business days
- West Coast & Mountain States (CA, WA, OR, CO, AZ): 3 to 5 business days

4. Warm Weather & Summer Melting Advisory
Our Whipped Body Butters are 100% pure organic formulations made without chemical hardeners, microcrystalline waxes, or artificial stabilizers. Consequently, pure whipped butters soften and melt at temperatures exceeding 76°F – 80°F.
How to Handle Summer Deliveries
During summer months, please track your package and avoid leaving parcels in hot outdoor mailboxes or direct sun. If your butter softens during transit, simply place the jar in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to re-solidify into a luxurious, ultra-rich balm. Melting does not affect the therapeutic vitamins, carrot seed beta-carotene, or moisturizing efficacy.
5. Hygiene & Personal Care Safety Policy
In strict compliance with United States cosmetics and personal care hygiene regulations, all sales of body butters, body oils, lip balms, and hair elixirs are final once shipped. For sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or restock opened or unsealed cosmetic products.
6. Transit Damage & Order Discrepancies
We take utmost care in packaging every artisanal jar in protective, shock-absorbent eco-materials. If your package arrives damaged by the postal carrier:
- Take clear photos of the damaged shipping box, inner packaging, and product jar.
- Email our concierge team at
[email protected]within 48 hours of delivery with your order confirmation number and attached photos. - Our team will immediately dispatch a complimentary replacement or issue store credit.
7. Bespoke Wedding & Event Favor Orders
For custom event favor boxes (weddings, bridal showers, corporate galas):
- Please order at least 2 to 3 weeks prior to your event date to allow for personalized gold-foil embossing and curated small-batch batching.
- Customized label inscriptions are proofed and confirmed prior to final production. Due to personalization, custom favor box orders are non-refundable once production commences.
